Kenai Fire Department responded to a fire at Pacific Star Seafood on Bridge Access at around 12:20 pm Monday afternoon.
Upon arrival the crew found a small fire in a trailer adjacent to the plant. They quickly extinguished the fire. Prior to our arrival Pac Star employees had cut the power to the building and attempted to use fire extinguishers to put out the fire.
There were no injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
