With the outlook of improved air quality, the final race in the 2019 Soldotna Cycle Series is planned for Thursday, August 29 on the Tsalteshi Trails at Skyview Middle School.
Series Race #8 features a staggered start pursuit format with riders given a handicapped start time based on performances in the series during the summer. The time adjustments allow for all riders to have a shot at wining the final race of the season.
Race Details:
1 lap 6K or 2 lap 12K course
Race Registration at 5:45 p.m.
Race Start at 6:10 p.m.
The end of the Soldotna Cycle Series ushers in the start of the Chainwreck Cyclocross Series scheduled to begin on September 12th and run for five weeks through September and early October.
