The first place (in the Midwest Division) Kenai River Brown Bears are set to defend their ten-game winning streak, eight-game home win streak, and Kenai River’s largest-ever (7 points) lead in the Midwest Division on the home ice of the Soldotna Regional Sports Complex with a pair of games against the Minnesota Magicians scheduled for Friday and Saturday, November 29 and 30.
The Brown Bears are riding a program record, eight-game home win streak following a three-game sweep of the Fairbanks Ice Dogs.

Saturday Game Recap: Goalie Landon Pavlisin recorded 47 saves including three shots in the decisive shootout to earn the victory between the pipes for the Brown Bears. Kenai River forward Max Heleson completed a three goal hat trick night with the only goal, and game-winner, in the shootout.
