It will up to voters across the state to determine if Kenai Peninsula College will receive funding for proposed expansion projects at the Kenai River Campus. The college would receive some of the funds from Proposition B, if it’s approved. The proposition asks voters if the state should issue general obligation bonds for $397.2 million for design and construction of education, library and educational research facilities. KPC’s Executive Director Gary Turner said funds would go to a new classroom facility.
