The Thursday Tempo Run Series will be held this summer at the Tsalteshi Trails. This is an informal series, with no timekeeper, no entry fee and an unmarked course.

The runners should meet at Skyview High School at 5:30 p.m., near the pool entrance.

A group timepiece will start at 5:45 p.m. Runners can check and record their times at their own discretion. Tsalteshi Trails Association membership is not required, but will get you out of signing a waiver every week. If a runner is under 18, the waiver gets more complicated. Call for details.

The dates and distances are: June 10, four or eight miles; June 17, five miles; June 24, five or 10 miles; July 1, eight miles; July 8, five miles; July 15, three miles; July 22, three miles; July 29, six miles; Aug. 5, eight miles; Aug. 12, three miles; Aug. 19, six miles; Aug. 26, eight miles; Sept. 2, three miles; Sept. 9, six miles; Sept. 16, eight miles; Sept. 23, three miles; Sept. 30, six miles.
