Time is Running out for the Dipnet Fishery

Time is about to run out for those wanting to dipnet at the Kenai River. After it ends, the city of Kenai starts making its overall assessment from the management side of things, which is handled by the Kenai Parks and Recreation Department. Bob Frates is the Parks and Recreation Director.
