Sterling Highway Opened at Mile 42

The Sterling Highway is reopened after being closed all evening as a result of a two car collision. Mile 42 is located near the junction of the Sterling and Seward Highways. An Alaska State Trooper was patrolling the Sterling highway located the wreck at approximately 3:10 pm this afternoon.
