The State of Alaska has been suing the EPA over what the EPA dubs it’s “most ambitious strategy to reduce emission from diesel-powered vehicles.”
The concern for Alaska is how this would impact cruise ships.

Ron Peck, President and CEO of the Alaska Travel Industry Association said that move could cripple an industry which is still in rebound.
