The SoHi girls dropped their final game of the regular season to the Homer Mariners; however, the Stars qualify to the ASAA Softball State Championships on June 3-4 at the Cartee Fields in Anchorage as the #2 seed from the Northern Lights Conference.  The state softball championships are divided into Large School and Small School divisions.

SoHi 3 – Homer 5: Final regular season game 

The SoHi girls fell 5-3 to the Mariners in the final game of the regular season for both teams.  Homer will represent the Northern Lights Conference as the top seed after beating the Star in both meetings this season.  SoHi will enter the state tournament as the #2 seed from the NLC.  The Stars finished the season with a 10-9 record, 6-2 in the NLC; the Mariners recorded a 15-9 record, 8-0 in the NLC.

2 Teams from Mid-Alaska Conference

2 Teams from Southeast Conference

4 teams from Cook Inlet Conference & 4 teams from Railbelt Conference
