Soldotna Man Lands World Record Setting Moose

A local Soldotna man landed a record setting moose, far north in the arctic circle bush.

Bob Condon of Soldotna took a moose that measured 73” from antler tip to antler tip.

The Safari Club International, using a different scoring system placed Condon’s moose at 696 putting it 2nd in the world records using their method.


The mount will be on display at sportsman warehouse with support from Span Alaska to ship it down
