Screaming Man Arrested Near Kenai Subway

Kenai Police say a transient man was arrested Tuesday night for creating a public disturbance.

Officers were called to the Kenai Subway for a report of an intoxicated male with his pants down, screaming and yelling. The man, 25-year-old Anthony M Bentley, had no permanent address and was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

Bentley was transported to Wildwood Pre-Trial Facility.

The fact that he is a “transient” and has no “permanent address” doesn’t matter at all. Local resident or not, the behavior is bad. Being homeless doesn’t make it worse.

Court view shows him having two indecent exposure arrests, exposing himself to someone under the age of 16. One was dropped to a disorderly conduct by judge Fallon. How long until he commits a real sex assault against someone in Kenai?
