The Region III Cross Country Running Championships are scheduled for Saturday, September 27th, hosted by Kodiak High School on Kodiak Island.
The Region III Championships are a qualifier for the upcoming state championships on October 4th at Bartlett High School.
In a tune-up event, Soldotna and Homer battled at the Homer 5-K Spit Run.
SoHi’s Olivia Hutchings and Daniel Shuler won the individual titles; while the SoHi girls raced to the team title.
