Residents Offer $1,000 For Arrest of Big Eddy Rd Burglar

Multiple burglaries on Big Eddy Rd have caught the attention of local troopers. Beth Ipsen with the Alaska State Troopers said they responded to a call just after 8am on April 16…

Ipsen: “It appears that multiple dwellings on two different properties were unlawfully entered, meaning that their doors had been forced open, and items valuing about a few hundred dollars were stolen. These items were like fishing gear and vehicle equipment. We’re continuing to investigate it, and the owners are offering a $1,000 for the conviction of people responsible for these burglaries.”

You can contact local troopers on 262-4453, or make an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-478-4258.
