Next Tuesday, the Borough Assembly will decide the fate of an ordinance that seeks to give the Kenai Watershed Forum $100,000 for culvert restoration projects across the Borough. We spoke to Paul Ostrander, Chief of Staff for the Borough, asking him why the administration chose to use the KWF, instead of an in-house department such as the roads or capital improvements departments.

When asked if the Navarre Administration had any plans to veto this ordinance if the Assembly enacts it. Ostrander said no.
