Oilers Ride Solo Homerun To 1-0 Shutout Over Waves

The Peninsula Oilers improved to 8-1-2 with a 1-0 shutout of the San Diego Waves on Friday.

Gabriel Munoz blasted a solo home run in the fifth inning for the games only run.  Nick Rogowski picked-up the win with six innings of scoreless pitching.  Nolan Sheridan earns the save.

 

The Oilers close-out the current homestand on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. against the Waves.
