Oilers & Monarchs Tie 6-6 In Exhibition Baseball: Free Night on Saturday

In the first game of the four-game series between the Peninsula Oilers and the Lake Erie Monarchs, the teams finish tied at 6-6 after nine innings.  Because of limited pitching and the fact that the games was an exhibition game, the game was halted after nine innings.

The Oilers hit three home runs in the contest, the first home runs of the season.


The Oilers face the Monarchs again on Saturday night–Free admission sponsored by the Elks Club for Flag Day.

Sunday afternoon is Old Town Bingo Day with a 2:00 p.m. start time and Free Admission.
