Oilers Bats Quiet In 4-1 Loss To Pilots

The Peninsula Oilers dropped the first game of a two-game series with the Anchorage Glacier Pilots 4-1 on Friday night at Mulcahy Park in Anchorage.

Oilers starter Nick Rogowski allowed only two runs in seven innings, but no offense for the Oilers until a lone run in the eighth inning.  Jack Sandlin was 2-3 with a double to lead the three attack effort.

 

The Oilers play the Glacier Pilots on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. at Mulcahy Park.
