Oilers Bats Find Life In 8-3 Win Over Pilots

The roller coaster ride that is the Peninsula Oilers offense reached a league-game high on Saturday with the Oilers collecting 13 hits en route to an 8-3 Alaska Baseball League victory.

The Oilers were led by Josh Rose, who launched a pair of home runs, totaled four RBI, and hit 2 for 3 for the night.

 

The Oilers stand at 3-4 in ABL action.

 

The Oilers travel to Palmer to play the Mat-Su Miners in a doubleheader on Sunday.  Two seven inning games with the first game scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Sunday.
