A pregnant Ashley Nelund appeared in custody in the Kenai Superior Court today for her arraignment in the WalMart Shooting case and plead not guilty on all three felony counts.

Nelund’s Attorney Dina Cale joined the arraignment telephonically, waiving advisement and stating Nelund’s plea as not guilty on all counts.

Judge Charles  Huguelet ruled Nelund’s bail to be set at $25,000 cash performance with the condition of a court approved third party custodian. Nelund is also in custody for drug charges stemming from last October for which the bail has been set at $29,000.

A bail hearing will be set to approve a third party custodian. Cale stated that Nelund hopes to be out on bail before her due date of May 5.
