A public meeting is scheduled for the Skyview High School, tonight, for individuals wanting to learn more about construction for the Sterling Highway from Soldotna to Cohoe Loop.  The open house is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.  The DOT and Alaska Roadbuilders will be available to answer questions about this project. 

The construction work is scheduled to start on May 15^th with lane restrictions and 20-minute delays, when the construction does start.  The highway will be repaved and an additional turn lane will be created at the landfill south of Soldotna.
