The Department of Fish and Game has closed the Kenai River to King Salmon  Sport Fishing for the reminder of the month.

The Kenai River Sport Fishing Association, has come out in support of this closure, we spoke to Ricky Gease Executive Director of KSRA

The ADF&G has put no-bait restrictions in place for King fishing on the Kasilof River.
