KPFA Annual Meeting Friday

It’s still an uncertain season for local fishermen, and local set netters are gathering on Friday at the Cook Inlet Aquaculture Building. We spoke to Kenai Peninsula Fisherman’s Association’s Paul Shadura II…

Shadura: “KPFA is, we’re all getting ready for this hopefully a good season. We have expectations we’ll be able to harvest more fish than we did last year, that’s for sure. We’re having our annual meeting on the 28th of this month at Cook Inlet Aquaculture we’ll be discussing with the members of KPFA and other set netters that will be in attendance, but for the most part I think we’re just trying to repair what happened last year and look opportunistically.”
