KPD Search for Missing Family Finds No New Leads

This week the Kenai Police Department once again assembled resources from across the peninsula to spend two days searching for the Kenai family of four that went missing in May.

 

A release issued said that despite extensive investigative efforts, the search yielded no new leads to the whereabouts of 23 year-old Rebecca Adams, 6 year-old Michelle Hundley, 3 year-old Jaracca Hundley, and 37 year-old Brandon Jividen.

 

That search included members from the FBI, Alaska State Troopers, Soldotna Police Department, Whittier Police Department, Adult Probation, Fish and Game, as well as others and was focused on the general area northeast of the Wildwood Correctional Complex

 

That search was assembled to try to evaluate the area more thoroughly be taking advantage of less foliage due to changing seasons.

 

The Kenai Police Department has said that solving this case is among their highest priorities and their hearts go out to the family members of the missing.

 

They also urge the public to come forward with any information they may have about the disappearances no matter how insignificant those details may seem by contacting KPD at 283-7879.
