KPD Officers Pull Vehicle Out of Mud, Find More than Expected…

Thursday night, just after 9:50pm, officers with the Kenai Police Department went out with a vehicle stuck in the mud off of the Kenai Spur Hwy.

As they arrived on scene, officers contacted 42-year-old Elisa G Harman of Kenai, who was arrested on Anchorage State Trooper $500 Misdemeanor Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment Original Charge Theft in the Third Degree Bail Cash or Corporate.

Harman was remanded to Wildwood Pretrial Facility.

    Why are all these people out on outstanding warrants? Looks like the bail is rediculously low here in Alaska……………..and then these people just skip out and nothing is ever done unless they are confronted with a law enforcement incident. Where is the pro-active law enforcement in Alaska? It is no wonder there is so much crime here!
