Koch Says the Bacteria Problem on the Beach Can Be Stopped

The city of Kenai has played host to the annual dipnet fishery for the better part of three weeks now.  Kenai City Manager Rick Koch said that, once again, the river has seen elevated levels of bacteria in the Kenai River.

The city of Kenai is urging those participating in the fishery to properly dispose of their fish waste.
