Kenai Police Make Multiple Warrant Arrests After Litter Report

Friday June 21st just after 2:30pm, the Kenai Police Department received a report of trash left in the yard at a residence in Kenai, which is a municipal code violation.

Police later responded and contacted multiple people with warrants for their arrest.

32-year-old Tammi Jo Charlesworth of Sterling was arrested for a Soldotna AST Felony $5000.00 warrant for three charges of second degree forgery and 2nd degree Theft.

22-year-old Colton Daugherty of Soldotna was arrested for five outstanding felony Soldotna State Trooper warrants totaling $11,500 for: Failing to comply with conditions of Release on original charges of two counts of 2nd degree Theft, Failing to Comply with Conditions of Release original Charge of Theft II, Failing to Appear for arraignment on original charge of Fail to appear on Felony charge, Fail to Appear for arraignment original charge of Misconduct Involving Controlled Substance 4th degree, and lastly arrest warrant for Theft II.

33-year-old Christina L. Rifredi of Kenai, was arrested for a $500 Soldotna AST warrant for Fail to Appear for Arraignment original charge of Theft in the 3rd degree.

All parties were remanded at Wildwood Pretrial Facility.

Also remanded was 31-year-old Mark W. Massera of Kenai, for a probation violation.
