Homer Man Arrested on Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Assault on a Police Officer

Saturday May 4th, just after 8:45pm, the Alaska State Troopers responded to assist Homer Police with an unstable subject on Pioneer Avenue in Homer.

Upon arrival, a Trooper and a Homer Police Officer contacted 30-year-old Jeffrey Larson of Homer in a parking lot.

Mr. Larson was reportedly physically aggressive and fought with the Trooper and Officer when they tried to temporarily detain him.

Larson was remanded at the Homer Jail on the charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault 4th on a police officer.

His bond was set at $1250.00.
