Health Care Costs Hit Soldotna

We’ve already reported that raising health care costs threw a wrench in the process for the City of Kenai as they put together the budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The story is similar on the other side of the river, but Soldotna City Manager Larry Semmens says that there are a lot of similarities, there are some major differences as well..
