HEA Issues Statement to KRSMA

We asked Homer Electric Association to respond to the actions made by the Kenai River Special Management Area Advisory Board. HEA spokesman Joe Gallagher issued this statement.

Homer Electric Association has been working with Kenai Hydro, LLC on a hydro-electric project at Grant Lake near Moose Pass. According to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the project would include a diversion dam at the outlet to Grant Lake.
