Found Male Dog

Kenai Spur Hwy. just before Forest Drive in Kenai 7/28/10

Very wet black lab running north on the Spur Hwy. toward Forest Drive in Kenai this morning around 9:00am.  No collar.  Looked to be taller and slender.
