Those attending the Industry Outlook Forum at the Soldotna Sports Center, Thursday, received an update on the progress of an in-state pipeline. Dan Fauske, who has been in the news recently through his group’s effort to build the Alaska Stand-Alone Pipeline, was Thursday’s keynote speaker. Part of his presentation to the audience was a quick look at where the group currently stands with their proposed line.
He said it gives them the right to continue with project. He says the line is highly-regulated, as it needs to get 2200 permits before being approved.
