ENSTAR construction along Bridge Access Road has been distracting passing motorists. John Sims with the utility said work is progressing steadily on their new 16″ pipeline…
Sims: “One thing we’d ask is, any time you’re going near a construction site, it’s always important to slow down, pay attention and make sure you’re aware of the situation. I guess earlier there was an incident earlier where there was an accident on the road because a couple people actually looked to view the construction activities and got in a bit of a, nothing serious, but got in a bit of a fender bender.”
The line will run from the CINGSA storage facility just off Bridge Access, along the road and under the Kenai River to K-Beach Road, then down to ENSTAR’s existing infrastructure off Amy Lane.
