Customers of Enstar Natural Gas will see a one-percent increase to their natural gas bill after the first of the year. Enstar’s John Sims says the increase is an increase to the Gas Cost Adjustment portion of the Enstar bill. The increase will be in effect for the first quarter of 2011.

The GCA is the amount charged to recover the cost Enstar pays to purchase gas. In the past, this amount was adjusted on an annual basis.
