  • Mike says:

New York city put in thousands of compliant curb ramps and spent 10′s of millions of dollars to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disability Act. Then realized there were 100 blind people in the city for every 1 in a wheel chair – who now can’t find the sidewalk curb with their sticks.

I’m just glad they’re preserving the crappy Soldotna asphalt and pot holes instead of fixing them properly.
