38-year-old Richard Minjarez might have just been trying to ‘sleep it off,’ but his afternoon nap in a Cooper Landing store resulted in a bigger headache.

The Anchorage resident was passed out in the Wildmans store when Troopers were called, around 3:40pm last Friday.

Troopers found Minjarez was intoxicated, and had a warrant out for his arrest. Minjarez was remanded at Anchorage Jail with a $2,000 bond.
