The Kenai Peninsula Economic Development District continues to urge participation in its economic survey for the Kenai Peninsula.  Tom Sloan is with the EDD.  He explained the reasoning for the survey.

He said the survey pertains to all types of businesses across the Borough.  He said the results of the survey would be made public; however, the individual surveys will remain confidential.  He explained how someone could obtain a survey form.

The deadline for the survey is May 15^th.  He said more participation improves the survey results.  The survey is completely free of charge.  The results would be used to create a development strategy.  The results would be broken into the different areas of the Kenai Peninsula Borough, too.
