As at 6:44pm:
Emergency crews are responding to a trailer which is reportedly fully engulfed in flames around Mile 76 of the Sterling Highway, close to Bing’s Landing.
A live power line is on the ground, HEA has been called for an immediate response.
A passing motorist reported the fire this evening as they were traveling north on the highway around Mile 76.
A 20-year-old male has also called in a report of sustaining burns, possibly connected to this fire. He is said to be laying in the driveway, unable to walk due to the pain. He has sustained burns to his arms and back and is experiencing difficulty breathing.
The Division of Forestry has also been notified and is responding.
A tanker is staged at the intersection leading to the fire, directing traffic.
As at 7:07pm:
The fire is contained and there is a second potential victim.
Smoke has also been seen at the Mile 71 pull off, near the entrance to Watson Lake.
CES crews are establishing three lines to target the fire.

Tankers are returning to quarters. Alaska State Troopers are on scene.
