Those driving between the Central Kenai Peninsula and the Anchorage or Seward areas will be impacted today.

The Alaska Department of Transportatino will be conducting Avalanche Mitigation efforts today at the Sterling/Seward Highway junction from 11:00am to 2:00pm this afternoon.

DOT crews expect traffic to be impacted for at least 45-minutes as this work is conducted.
