30 Minutes Delays Expected Due to Sterling Hwy Construction Near Cooper Landing

Construction is continuing along the Sterling Highway from its junction with the Seward Highway to Jim’s Landing.

DOT officials are reminding drivers to expect pilot car and flagging operations, as well as, 20 to 30 minutes delays from milepost 45 to 58 along the Sterling Highway.

Flagging and pilot car operations will be conducted Mondays through Thursdays between 8:00pm and 9:00am, and on Fridays and Sundays from 10:00pm to 9:00am.

At all other times, drivers are asked to be alert to intermittent flagging operations and single-lane traffic between milepost 37 and 58.
