Now that legislation has passed in the House of Representatives for the creation of a Joint In-State Gasline Development Team, it is now time for the State Senate to consider this bill.

Out-of-State Fishermen Violates State Fishing Laws

A Washington man has been charged with violating the residency requirements for the personal use dipnet fishery and for sport fishing in the state. The Alaska Wildlife Troopers contacted 55-year-old Gary Gerfen of Washington, on Friday, following a residency investigation.
