The Chancellor for the University of Alaska-Anchorage, Fran Ulmer, spoke to the Soldotna Chamber on Tuesday. One topic she discussed was her reasons for retirement next year.

The Soldotna Police Department continues to ask for assistance from the public to locate suspects from a recent burglary. According to the Soldotna Police, on March 8th, officers were called to the report of a burglary at 322 Redoubt at 6:51 p.m.
